Andrea Arbic has 22 years of professional experience in planning for arts, heritage and public sectors.
After completing a Master of Museum Studies degree at the University of Toronto, Andrea joined Lord Cultural Resources, a leading international arts, culture and heritage planning firm. During her nine years with Lord, Andrea worked as a consultant for museums, galleries, and other cultural facilities in Canada, the US and the UK. She later became Lord’s Director of Marketing and Client Relations.
In 2001, Andrea formed A. L. Arbic Consulting in Halifax. Since that time, she has provided a wide-range of planning services to arts, culture, heritage and public sector clients in Atlantic Canada, completing over 50 assignments in the last 14 years.
Leah Hamilton has been involved in the culture sector for twenty years. Leah has successfully combined a background in chartered accountancy with a consulting career for not-for-profit arts, culture and heritage organizations. Leah specializes in business planning and feasibility analysis for new and existing arts, culture and heritage organizations and initiatives.
Leah brings thorough and insightful analysis to each project. She is also able to communicate complex information in an effective and clear manner. Leah’s broad client base includes theatre, dance and music organizations, First Nations bodies, craft sector organizations, public sector bodies, advocacy groups, and heritage organizations.
